The house is situated at Orihuela Costa in Spain, in a village called “Playa Golf II”, 2 Km from the sea and near golf courses. The area has an agreeable microclimate, hot but dry, which makes it endurable in summer and pleasant in winter and in the middle-seasons. The village is in the municipality of Orihuela and is about 15 km from the airport of Murcia (San Javier – MJV), about 90 km from the airport of Alicante (ALC), the motorway exit of the Autopista del Mediterraneo A7 is only 1 km away. Comfortable services of car rental are available both in the airports and in the neighbourhood. In the near town of Torrevieja you can find a lot of commercial centres and shops of various kinds. At short distance from the village (10-20 km) there’re the salines of Torrevieja, of Santa Pola and of the Mar Menor, in the interior of which there are naturalist routes worthy of a visit. Not far is the Sierra Espuña, a very beautiful natural park, which deserves a visit and where you can enjoy long walks along well-kept pathways. In the historic town of Elche you can find the wonderful park called “Huerto del Cura”, with thousands of varieties of palms and cactuses. Rental notes: The rent is variable according to the number of weeks in which you intend to stay and to the period of the year of the stay. Animals are not allowed. The rent includes the use of water and electricity, as well as the use of the linen provided. The price of the stay does not include any kind of insurance: trip, burglary or accidents to the people. The payment of the rent must be made as follows: • 25 % at the moment of the reservation by bank transfer or cheque. • 75 % 15 days before your arrival in the house by bank transfer or cheque • payment of the sum for the cleaning of the house, the washing and ironing of the linen, by cash on delivery of the keys. In case of cancellation of your reservation the down payment will not be refunded. In case the lodger leaves voluntarily the house for any reason before the end of the contract, the sums paid will be kept. On delivery of the keys a responsible person will show you round the house and tell you about the furniture; at the moment of your departure the integrity of the furniture and of the equipment will be checked. Possible damages will be quantified and charged to you. The arrival at the house is possible on Saturday from 17.00 p.m. The departure and the return of the keys will be on Saturday from 9.00 to 11.00 a.m. The rent of the house is provided for a maximum of 6 persons.

Outside Area:In the exterior courtyard you can use the table, the chairs and the sunshade parasol placed at your disposal to eat outside. You can take advantage of a barbecue too. In the garage are placed at your disposal some bicycles. You can park your car into the courtyard or in front of the house, in the common parking. The common swimming-pool is at short distance, there are parks with games for children and green areas for relax inside the village.
