Karon offers the pleasure of a calm seaside and beach area that is only 15 minutes drive from the buzz of the dynamic destination of Patong. You can access all the activities you might want in Thailand from Karon. There are 2 golf courses within 25 minutes drive, elephant trekking is nearby and diving or fishing expeditions can be arranged just down the street from the villa. Just across the road from the villa you will find the Eden spa which has excellent exercise facilities as well as spa treatments. Nearby Patong offers many nightclubs and the newest shopping centre in Phuket - Jungceylon - which boasts a multi-screen cinema as well as many boutiques and a large Carrefour grocery and department store. In the wet season Karon beach offers superb surfing while the dry season (Nov. - April) it is a long stretch of golden sand and calm sea. Excellent restaurants are nearby the villa. The famous Mom Tri's Boathouse in Kata is 10 min. away as is the hillside Ratri Jazz restaurant.

Check out before 12.00 p.m. Check in from 14.00 onwards Payment Terms: 30% of rental amount is due upon signing of the booking contract plus a Breakage deposit of £200 regardless of length of stay, this will be refund to the customers if they haven't broke anything. The rest, 70%, is due 4 weeks before commencement of rental period except for peak season when the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made prior to 60 days - fully refundable (except for bookings through agents where we have to pay for the commission, that will be cut and the rest will be refunded to you). Cancellations made prior to 30 days - 50% refundable. Outside Area:The residence is the highest on a quiet hillside. The views over the town of Karon and the Andaman sea are spectacular especially from the roof terrace infinity pool area. The pool has jacuzzi jets at one end and a deck and sun chairs. Three minutes walk down the hill and you are on a main road with convenience stores, a bakery and restaurants. Taxis and tuk-tuks are passing constantly if you choose not to have a car. Gym facility: Directly across the street from the villa is the Eden Resort which has a fully equipped fitness centre available for use by our customers at rates that are usually reserved for Eden's members only.
