Our luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home just 5 mins from Disney is the perfect place for your holiday in the sunshine state.We have a fantastic private pool & spa with an oversized deck daylong sunshine & landscaped gardens for total relaxation while inside the open plan lounge kitchen and dining areas have everything you will need for your holiday, just briong yourselves and your clothes, although maybe not many of them as orlando has great shopping too.

Our Luxury Villa is located just 2 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World at Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens, just off Highway 192 and within easy reach of local supermarket, Drug store. Dry Cleaners and numerous Restaurants and shops. Villa is situated on a large corner plot on Oak Island Cove part of the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estate, just 5 mins drive away from Disney via a short cut unknown to tourists.

Rental notes: Damage Deposit Amount - 300 US dollars, Pool/Spa heating (optional) 125 US dolars per week

Our villa is fully air-conditioned inside with vaulted ceilings & plenty of space.There are 2 bedrooms at the front of the villa, 2 at the rear, ideal for 2 families as each has their own space. Every bathroom has a hairdryer, all bedrooms have TV. In the large comfortable lounge is a full entertainment system with games for all the family as well as books for quiet moments round the pool. There is a formal dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen with nook & breakfast bar.

Outside Area:Our home is on a large corner plot on Oak Island Cove which is part of the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estate,the closest residential area to Disney. There is a large deck area with a covered lanai, essential in the summer months.We have sunloungers & patio table, chairs, BBQ for al fresco dining. The pool/spa can be lit at night with multi coloured fibre optic lights to enhance the evening swim, we have pool inflatables for the young ones enjoyment. The pool area is completely private with a bottle brush hedge surrounding the garden which has shrubs and palm trees.
