Palm Villa is situated on Esprit, a residential golfing development. It is a very a well maintained family accommodation and is fully air conditioned. It comprises of a master bedroom, ensuite and three further double bedrooms and one other bathroom. There is a family room and kitchen breakfast room and also a more formal lounge and dining area. It has its own private screened south facing pool and comfortable lounging deck offering sunshine all year round. There is also a communual swimming pool, basketball/tennis courts and a fishing lake. Just 7 miles or around 15 minutes from Disney the villa is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the main attractions yet set in a quiet location off Hi-way 27. There are loads of restaurnts and shops nearby and it is very close to the designer shopping outlets. Our excellent caretaker is always there should you need assistance.

The Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coast are approximately 60 miles away. Just 7 miles or around 15 minutes from Disney the villa is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the main attractions yet set in a quiet location off Hyway 27. There are loads of restaurnts and shops nearby and it is very close to the designer shopping outlets. Our excellent caretaker is always there should you need assistance. Orland International and Sanford Airports are within an hours drive of the villa.

Rental notes: The villa should ususally be vacated by 10am on departure dates but this is extremely flexible, especially if there is no-one arriving on the date you leave. Final balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before your departure date. A safety deposit of £100 is required to ensure no damage is done to the property but this is returned to you on your arrival back home.

Bedroom 1 - Spacious master bedroom with ensuite (shower and corner bath). TV, Window overlooking pool deck and door from bathroom allowing access to pool area. En-suite bathroom with shower and corner bath to bedroom Seperate bathroom with bath/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. The family room is very comfortable with cable TV and DVD player. There is also a double sofa bed in this room. There is a more formal very spacious lounge with a large dining area. he villa will be immaculately cleaned before you arrive and all linen and towels will already be available. There is, however, a cupboard in the hall between the three bedrooms which is full of linen and extra towels should they be required.

Outside Area:The villa is very children friendly. There are safety alarms fitted to the patio doors leading to the pool which can be turned on or off at any time. There is air conditioning or heating if required and ceiling fans in some rooms, ensuring your comfort even on the hottest of days. There is a private screened swimming pool which can be heated if required. There is a large lounging area with comfortable loungers and a gas BBQ. At the far end of the pool there is also space for loungers if you prefer to be directly in the sun. There are plenty of inflatables and childrens pool toys for all your family fun.
