The villa accommodates eight people easily and roll-a-way beds are available if required for additional guests.

Outside Area:Coconut Tree Villa is approached via a bougainvillea-lined private driveway. The parking area is accented with large boulders and enclosed with flowers. Adjacent to parking area is a large in-ground pool surrounded by a patio set in a tropical garden of coconut and lime trees, hibiscus and alamanda flowers. There are lovely sea and garden views from all terraces. One master bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens with cafe table and chairs. The second master bedroom's terrace has stunning views of Tortola's north shore, Lambert Beach and the ocean beyond. Both are perfect places for morning coffee and tranquil sunsets. The third terrace is an awning-covered outdoor living area with dining table and chairs for eight. Additional seating areas with comfy chairs, chaise lounges and tables are great for reading or relaxing with friends.
