The cottage is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, inclusive of a fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, ironing board and a dining area. The living area comes complete with radio, cable TV, CD player and a telephone. Wireless internet is also available, please bring your laptop. Outside facilities include a private garden, a table and chairs where you can prepare your own barbeque and relax on lounge chairs. The cottage has two nice and cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom contains two single beds which can be zipped together to provide a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and standing fans. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The cottage is fully secured. A washing machine is provided at a cost of US$ 5.00 per load.

Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, the Cottage resides on the south coast in Dover, within a 10 minute walking distance of St. Lawrence Gap. The popular ‘Gap’ offers a wide range of the true Caribbean night life (bars, restaurants and clubs) but are still far enough from the cottage to avoid any disturbance from loud music. A lime and a bite to eat at Dover Beach, one of the island most beautiful beaches, are within 5 minutes walking distance. For additional Convenience, a supermarket is also to be found less than 5 minutes away. A bus stop is just around the corner where you can ride a bus or a mini-bus (BDS $1.50) into the historical capital of Bridgetown (20 Minutes) or take a 5 minute ride to Oistin’s. Popular with the locals, Oistins is well known for its Friday night fish market, where you can enjoy great fresh food and entertainment.

Rental notes: We can offer the cottage as a 2-bedroom or we can close one bedroom and offer this cottage as a 1-bedroom as well. Winter Rates: US$75.00 for 1 to 2 persons - 1 bedroom US$80.00 for 1 to 3 persons - 2 bedroom Summer Rates: US$60.00 for 1 to 2 persons - 1 bedroom US$65.00 for 1 to 3 persons - 2 bedroom Additional persons - US$10.00 per night (maximum 4 people) Minimum Stay is 3 nights. For single person or couples on a low budget - we also can offer a room in the main house with own bathroom and shared kitchen, living area and patio. Rate: 55.00 US per night.
