The house has 2 floors and a basement. The total area is 250 sqm. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedroom, being 1 en suite with private bathroom and dressing room, plus an additional bathroom. Both bathroom have bathtub and the private one also a shower. On the ground floor there is a large covered patio, adjacent to the swimming pool, with garden furniture, kitchen with refrigerator and separated freezer, microwave, vitro ceramic stove, oven, expresso machine, and a separated area with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The combined living/dining room opens to the patio. There is also a small TV room with flat screen TV and a DVD and another bathroom with shower.
