Rental notes: Rate based on 2 persons sharing. Please note that all monies are to be paid in New Zealand Dollars. $50 (NZD) per night for each additional adult. $25 (NZD) per night for each child under 12 years. Long staysTarriff can reduce progressively for longer stays as follows: 1 week : Starting from $1000(NZD). Longer Term Stays: POA. For echo studio: $135 - $175 (NZD)per night singles/couples sharing the king size bed (Seasonal Rates Apply). For all apartments:$165 - $245 (NZD)per night singles/couples sharing the king size bed in master bedroom or using twin singles. (Seasonal Rates Apply). If a cancellation is made within 7 days of occupancy and the room is unable to be resold,the balance of the booking is payable in full. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only. Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. Seasonal rates -e.g Xmas/New Year period plus school holiday/long weekends etc.

Each Apartment is Guaranteed to have the best in designer linen and bedding and beautiful quality period furniture to ensure a comfortable stay. All apartments have comfortable lounge areas with sky digital and 43 inch Rear Projection TV Luxurious private bathrooms with wall mounted automatic hair-dryers/shaving socket's. Fully fitted kitchens with all appliances.

Outside Area:The benefit of a fully enclosed-quality lawned court-yard so that children can play in total safety away from road access. Car-parking for up to 4 cars with turning room for all 4.
