Facing south you can enjoy the sun all day long. It has a panoramic position upon the hills giving great views on Lago Maggiore and a nice garden between palm trees and a vineyard. It’s only 6 km from the charming town of Cannobio which has a beautiful square and promenade along the lake. Within easy reach are the cities of Verbania, Ascona, Locarno, Lugano and Milan. Visit nearby the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and enjoy walking in the nearby mountain valleys.

The sunny villa is located near Cannero Riviera (1 km) with shops, restaurants and the best beach of Lake Maggiore. From here you can catch the ferry boat and explore Lago Maggiore and its fascinating islands from Italy to Switzerland. Lake Maggiore is the second biggest Italian lake after Lago di Garda, its eastern bank is in Lombardy, the western in Piedmont while the northern section extends into Switzerland. The charming little towns along its shores are popular resorts today with their grand hotels recalling the Belle Epoque. The most renowned towns of Lago Maggiore on the Piedmont side are Arona, Stresa with its refined elegance, Verbania Pallanza and the town Intra, the charming village Cannero Riviera with a nice beach and Cannobio, close to Switserland. On the Lombard side there are the town Luino and its famous market, Maccagno with a popular beach, the charming Laveno and its cableway towards a panoramic view, and finally the laid-back village Angera and its Castle La Rocca. Especially noteworthy are the islands just in front of Stresa, these small islands include: Isola Bella with the majestic Borromeo pallace, Isola dei Pescatori (Fishermen’s Island) and Isola Madre with its bothanical garden.

This private holiday villa sleeps comfortably 6 persons over 2 levels: On the main floor is a bright and tastefully furnished living room with sitting corner and design dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and panoramic terrace with table for outside dining. On this level are a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On the garden level are another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and a relaxing lounge with TV and access to the garden. Inside there are videogames, children videos, books and many board games.

Outside Area:Fire up the barbeque, enjoy al fresco dining on the panoramic terrace and lay back in the sun loungers. The large garden is an ideal playground for children: football, table tennis table and badminton rackets are available. There is a covered parking space.
