L'Escale Bed and breakfast Marseille - Holiday B&B in the wine region of France

L'Escale is a summer villa built in 1930 in front of the sea and the Cap Canaille. The house offers two junior suite and two standard rooms, all with private bathroom and toilets, and a superb sea view. Parking is easy, free and secure in front of the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the garden. We serve breakfast on a terrace sud-est in front of the sea. The port of Cassis is at 15/20 minutes walk where all the restaurants and cultural or sportive activities. The atmosphere is very quiet and charming all the rooms have an other decoration and style. It's a direct acces to sea which is just 50 meters away. To go to walk in the Calanques ( GR98 ) you need only 10 minutes walk from the house We love guest from all over the world and we speak english, german and italian.

Located 20 km east of the city of Marseilles, Cassis is a little unspoiled jewel. This small fishing village of 8000 inhabitants offers a genuinely charming blend of Provence and Mediterranean sea. Its access is easy. During your stay you can take part in one of the numerous activities offered. Sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling in the turquoise waters. B&B boasts gracefully appointed rooms, each of which is fitted with the following amenities: TV and air conditioner. "La colonel" : Room with terrace, has independent entrance at garden level. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a twin washbowl. Toilets are independent. "Les Arcades" : Room with terrace, has independent entrance at garden level. Astonishing sea view. "La Belvédère" - air conditioned room, located on the first floor of the house with a superb sea view. Queen size bed. Corner bathtub and independent toilets. TV, kettle, water cooler, refrigerator. "La Cap" - air conditioned room on the ground floor of the house. Two large windows open on a super view of the sea and the garden. The 180x200 bed can be transformed in a twin 90x200 bed. Private bathroom with corner bathtub. Independent toilets. TV, kettle, water cooler, refrigerator. Breakfast is served on the south-east terrace facing the sea and the Cap Canaille. Coffee, chocolate, various teas are served with different kinds of bread, fresh fruit salad, cheese and yogurts that will give you the necessary strength for the many activities offered. Kids will also find cereals and on request, breakfast can be served earlier. If they wish, junior suites guests can enjoy breakfast on their private terrace.

Outside Area:For your relaxation you take advantage of the bubbles of the outside Jacuzzi facing the sea. You also have the choice of various professional massages (rates upon request). For the standard rooms, outside sun beds provide comfort for quiet sunbathing.
