Highlands Reserve Golf Course community rental - Davenport vacation villa

Welcome to our four bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with it's own pool which can easily sleep upto eight people. Our villa is just a 15 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and in close proximity to all major attractions. Built in 2003 our modern home was newly refurbished in May 2008 and is situated on the prestigous Highlands Reserve Golf Course community which is beautifully kept. Our villa is next to the Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course and driving range which all our guests have access to. Also available to our guests on Highlands Reserve is a community swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area.

Our villa provides an ideal retreat for families and golfing parties alike. It is situated on US Highway 27, just south of US Highway 192 at Davenport. ● Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away.. ● Downtown Disney, Sea World and Pirates Cove crazy golf are all just 20 minutes from our villa, and Universal Studios can be driven to in 25 minutes. ● Kennedy Space Center, Cypress Gardens, Tampa and Busch Gardens are approximately 70 minutes away. ● Daytona Beach and Cocoa beach can be reached in an hour, or the Gulf Coast is 90 minutes away. There is also plenty of nearby shops within five minutes of the villa, for example a supermarket, hairdressers, nail bar and a chemist. Lots of restuarants are also within five minutes, including an Applebee's, a Chinese, an Indian, an American and an Italian. Premium Outlets is 15 minutes away, Florida Mall and Beltz are 30 minutes away.

Rental notes: Pool heating is $35 per day and is available from our management company. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or in full if departure date is less than 8 weeks away. There is also a security deposit to pay of £150.00/$250.00. The security deposit will be returned to guests after departure as long as all keys are returned and my Management Company reports no loss or damage.

The living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a hard day out at the parks or at the golf course. It has comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofa's, a coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan lights. Also for your pleasure is a 37 inch LCD cable TV with DVD and DVD's to watch. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has ceiling fan lights, and also features a 20 inch LCD cable TV/DVD. This bedroom looks out onto the pool. The Queen bedroom also benefits from a 20 inch LCD cable TV and ceiling fan lights. There are two further twin bedrooms in the property, also fitted with a 20inch LCD cable TV and ceiling fan lights. All four bedrooms have built in wardrobes. A safe and hairdryers are also available for guests to use.

Outside Area:The pool area is private and screened to keep out bugs and wildlife but still allowing you to top up your tan whilst relaxing. Patio table and chairs with umbrella can be found by the poolside, along with sun loungers. The pool area is an excellent place for barbeque's and the pool can also be heated at an additional cost. Plenty of fun can be had in the games room for kids and adults alike. A pool table, air hockey and an electronic darts board will keep everyone amused. There is also a table and stools in the games room, along with a 20 inch LCD cable TV.
