We are located in "Clear Creek" Subdivision - these properties are a mixture of residential and rental properties, thus giving a quiet neighbourhood feel. Yet we are only a mile from Restaurants and Supermarkets. Our Villa is located only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort and other Major Attractions… not to mention, several GOLF COURSES. GolfWest list 26 in the area. The nearest is about 2 miles away in Davenport. This peaceful location has the advantage of being located only 1 mile north on the Hwy 27 from the WEST end of Highway 192(530), therefore it is close to the 192 with all its restaurants, shops and other facilities.

Rental notes: Payment can be made by "personal cheques – GBP, USD or CAD" & "Bill Pay" we can also take payment via, PayPal & Credit Card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using this method.

The main living area has a vaulted ceiling, this keeps the inside at a comfortable temperature even during the very hot summer months. The Living area has an HD TV with numerous channels in HD, a DVD and PVR player compliment the set-up. The master bedroom has a very comfortable American King Size bed with a ‘Pillow top’ mattress. An en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, TV with DVD player finish in the master suite. The second double bedroom has an American Queen Size bed, also with a ‘Pillow top’ mattress, TV with DVD and closet. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 have twin beds with ‘Pillow top’ mattresses (TV & DVD in bedroom 3 – Radio Cassette in bedroom 4). ALL bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. ALL bedrooms have a Radio with alarms and bedside lamps.

Outside Area:Our villa offers a SOUTH facing pool and NO rear neighbours, we also have six foot high fencing, making the pool area secluded and with Pine Forest view.
