Villa Jerome is located in a developing are called Aquiraz. The house is located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Downtown Fortaleza is a about 20 minute drive from the house's, this is great for those who enjoy the night life, clubs and exploring the city life. Close by the houses there are restaurants, where you eat deliciously and can enjoy a great variety of cuisine for reasonable prices. A long the beach you will notice "dune buggies" [for rent ]This is an exceptional experience and we suggest you try it! You are able to drive a long the coast of the beach, get to know the area you are staying in, get a breeze and a golden tan while doing so. There are many great traditional Brazilian restaurants located on the beach side.

Fortaleza city in northeastern Brazil, capital of Ceará State, a seaport on the Atlantic Ocean, near the mouth of the Ceará River. The Pajeú, a branch of the Ceará, runs through the city, dividing it into two sections. It is one of Brazil's chief seaports and has additional harbor facilities at nearby Mucuripe Point. The chief exports are coffee, cotton, carnauba wax, beans, rice, sugar, fruits, rubber, hides, skins, and rum. Fortaleza was founded in 1611. Rental notes: We request a deposit at the time of the reservation which will vary according to the length of your stay. The balance will be due when you Arrive at the house. On most weekends during our summer season,we require a minimum one week stay.

The property consists of two buildings; The first building contains three suites(with their own washroom), a shared kitchen and living room. The second building contains one suite, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Both buildings come fullyequipped with TV's, DVD players, and an excellent sound system.Our "Villa Jerome" is adored because it is very private. The Villa itself is surrounded by a safe private wall.You can still enjoy the wonderful view while you relax by the pool or eat at the Barbecue area. It is possible to notify us ahead of time to rent out one building and to ensure you that noone else will be in the other building.

Outside Area:We have many additional assets that can add to your relaxing vacation just ask us for more information. We have staff members to take care of all your duties, including cooking and driving you to Fortaleza's popular scenery. Big swimming pool beautiful barbecue area where you can watch your kids swimming in the pool a lot of fruit trees if you're lucky you can pick a lot of different fruit right from the tree.
