Myrtle Beach vacation condo - South Carolina famlily holiday condo

Our large 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo is located in a Gated Community on the Atlantic Ocean in a 33 acre beautifully manicured setting that has tons of amenities for the Guests to use at no charge. The Largest Ocean Front pool in all of Myrtle Beach is a 3 minute walk from our front door. The 2nd largest LAZY RIVER is a 1 minute walk. An indoor pool with a hot tub is 2 minutes away. Our fully furnished condois is set up so you will find it to be a "home-away-from-home" while you are Vacationing. You will find a hair dryer in each bathrooms along with a TV in both bedrooms. Our Balcony Box is filled with toys and items for use at the Beach. Books, games and puzzles are in our Living Room. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds; there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room. Our Guests enjoy:bathroom soap; laundry soap; diswasher detergent; toilet paper; plastic liners for the waste baskets; paper towels, seasonings; etc. for their use while at our condo. WI FI is throughout the community. We have Cable TV with over 120 channels. We also have a radio/clock in each bedroom. Our rates are all inclusive in regards to:rental rate; linens; cleaning; the supplies; a Gate Pass; and Exit Cleaning. We have NO Hidden Charges of any kind. We do have to collect for the State of South Carolina their 12% taxes. There are picnic areas at the Resort with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Or you can eat in; you will find a complete assortment of cooking utensils and flatware and dishes. or you can go out to any kind of restaurant you would like to try. The Sea Food is excellent as we have a place where the fishing boats come in daily with their fresh catch. Murrell's Inlet is the SEAFOOD CAPITAL of the EAST Coast. Try their Early Bird Specials for great prices to go with the Great Seafood meals.

Views:Limited Side view, the building sets perpendicular to the ocean front. Being on the 1st floor, limits our visability but gives us many other advantages.

Myrtle Beach is NOT ONLY miles of pristine white sand, over 100 eighteen hole golf courses, multiple amusement parks, including water parks, 50 minature golf courses, over 1500 restaurants that will suit every palate, BUT it IS a Vacation Paradise. It is a place where a family or group of friends can go and have FUN while also RELAXING. It is also AFFORDABLE. Looking for ecology experiences, M.B. has them. How about quality museums from Children's inter-active Museums to contemporary Southern Art at the Burroughs Simeon Chapin Art Museun. There are two great State Parks with learning and adventure experiences in both. How about visiting an old rice plantation that is now the home of the Brookgreen Garderns, this nations largest outdoor sculpture museum. If you have a yen for shopping, M. B. will be a delight to you. It has over 320 gift, novelty and souvenir shops in addition to the many Manufacturer's Outlet Stores, department stores, and discount stores. New stores and shopping areas get added every year. Try the new Market Commons shopping complex for a fun experience. Into history, this area has many original and reconstructed sites to visit. Watch hammocks get made with the original concepts used back in the days when they were only made for use on ships. Visit an accurate reconstruction of a Slave Village. Boardwalks are famous in Myrtle Beach. A new one mile boardwalk in Downtown M.B. will be finished in early 2011. Lots of fishing & festivla.

Rental notes: E-mail us to secure a Reservation Form for your review, completion and return along with the Deposit. Balance will be due 45 days prior to your Reservation Date. Upon receipt, we will mail you a Paid Gate Pass for use on your Auto. We will also e-mail you the 'directions to the condo' which will include the telephone number of our phone and the 4 digit combination to our Key Guard Lock Bos which will have maultiple keys in it for your use. We will answer all inquiries Honestly and Timely. Our Goal is to provide our Guests with a Quality Vacation Home where they can Relax and also have Fun.

\Our condo's Master Bedroom has a queens size bed, 2 end tables, a chest of drawers, large closet, telephone, clock-radio, wall-mounted TV, Wall Safe, ceiling fan with light and 2 table lamps. There is a full bathroom off which has a hair dryer. It also has a wand shower head in addition to the standard shwoer head. The Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, night stand, clock-radio, TV ceiling fan with light and a large clothes closet. The main bathroom also has a hair dryer. The Living Room has a TV on a chest of drawers which contains bedding, Bar with sink, 2 recliner chairs, queen sofa sleeper, 2 end tables, a coffee table, You will find games, puzzles & books for your use. The Dining room has a table for 6 and overlooks the Balcony, The Kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. You will also find dishwasher detergent & laundry soap along with seasonings & paper towels for your use. On the 25 foot long Balcony, you will find 4 chairs, a table and a large Balcony Box that contains toys & items for your use on the Beach. We also provide our Guests with no-charge items such as: toilet paper; soap for the bath rooms and plastic liners for the waste baskets, Everything is up-to-date and is in 'move-in condition'. The walls are painted in 'beachy colors'. The bedroom floors have new carpeting while we have tile floors throughout the rest of the condo. The entire Resort has WI-FI. The televisions are on cable and we have more than 100 channels for your viewing pleasure. You will find a restaurant and Beach Cabana Bar at the Resort along with a couple of other bar & food service buildings. There is also a general store for your convenience. It is 1/2 mile from the entance at the Main Road to the Atlantic Ocaen.

Outside Area:We overlook a small grove of LIVE OAK trees which contain 2 picnic tables and 2 charcoal grills. The entrance to our seciton of the A Buil;ding is ramped to makes it very easy to bring in suitcases with wheels on them. here are Valet and Moving Carts just inside the entrance for your use in moving in/out. The LAZY RIVER- the 2nd largest in all of M.B- is a 1 minute walk from our front door. It has an Adult Swimming Pool and a Kiddie Pool along with a large Hot Tub. There are 3 water amenities that the Youth enjoy in additon to the long Lazy River. There is a Bath House for your use along with a beverage/food stand. The large decks have a lot of chaise lounges for your sunning, relaxing pleasures. There is an Indoor Pool with a hot tub in the B Building which is a 1 minute walk fro our front door. The largest Ocean Front pool in all of M.B. is a 3 minute trip; the Atlantic is another minute or 2 away, depending upon whether the TIDE is In or Out. There is a Boardwalk over the Dunes. The Beach is wide so there is plenty of room to 'lay out'. You will see persons surf ng from the shore and also from the many piers that are in the area. We have many amenities at the Resort. There is a Kiddie Playground near the bocci ball court. The 6 tennis courts are all lighted for your night-time playing pleasure. On the Beach, you will find a beach volleyball court for your use. The Cabana Bar also has a large deck that is used for the bands and the dancing that happens during the Summer Weeks. There are 4 SUN DECKS on the 5th floor of the A Building. You will find nice chaise lounges for your useage. It is easy to fall asleep while trying to read because of the rythmic music of the sea when combined with the gentle, soft ocean breezes waft across your body. ENJO
