Easy reach of the baroque town of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla Ispica declared world heritage by UNESCO. The famous resort of Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Letojanni are north of Catania and the majesty of Mount Etna, often visible from Syracuse, offers several options for excursions. Visit the Necropolis of Pantalica that allows you to jump in Prehistory.
