Welcome to our home in Turtle Crossing located on the southwestern tip of the island of Roatan 30 miles from the coast of mainland Honduras in Central America. Watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in one of two hammocks rocked by the constant trade wind breezes keeping you cool. View the coastal mountains of mainland Honduras in the distance as the cruise ships pass by on their way to Coxen Hole.

Take a ten minute walk to West Bay Beach - renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world. West Bay also has fine restaurants, diving sites and shopping. A very reasonably priced 10 minute ride by water or land taxi will take you a little farther down the coast to the lively town of West End known for its nightlife, shopping and restaurants. It also has many fully equipped dive shops and a store for grocery shopping. Rental cars are available at reasonable rates to do a little sightseeing on your own. Roatanians are also very friendly and English is widely spoken. There are excellent dive and snorkeling packages available as the lovely island of Roatan is surrounded by the second largest coral reef barrier in the world. You can dive in caves, explore sunken ships or just enjoy the bountiful reef live. This side of the island is protected by being part of an Underwater Marine park. Many dive spots are just off of the shoreline with snorkeling areas within reach of the beach.

Rental notes: Christmas, New Years & Easter weeks - $ 1,200 per week. Monthly rates starting at $2,000 Prices do not include applicable Honduran tax (presently 16%) Peak season (Christmas, New Years & Easter) minimum stay is one week. Balance to be received 45 days before arrival. $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure less any eventual damage to items or property.

Kitchen with all necessary utensils, Linens for all bedrooms and the Futon in the living room. Master Bedroom and house Air Conditioned for a cost of US $12.00/day. Ceilings fans in all rooms. Inhouse safe large enough to hold laptop computer. Maid service is mid week and again between rentals.Washer and Dryer are available for a cost of US $8.00 per load each.

Outside Area:Two decks each with fullsized hammocks, and table and chairs. Private community freshwater pool with loungers and tables. Private access to ocean side Palapa (Gazebo) with steps to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling or diving. There are dive sites with wall dives just off the shore. Professionally landscaped gardens & grounds with 24 hour security.
