Both the two bedroom/two bathroom and one bedroom condo have just been totally renovated and have a very contemporary yet comfortable decor. The two bedroom condo is on the first floor, faces the lake with a wonderful water feature, and is very close to a large heated swimming pool. The one bedroom condo is a second floor unit and has a great view of the lake, pool and is full of natural light. Both condos are just a stone's throw away from the fabulous beach and Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, pool and the beach just across the street. This is a wonderful year round destination full of amenities and activities for all ages. The condos are fully equipped and completely furnished with everything you need-Flat Screen Televisions, DVD video/music players, and a washer and dryer in each of the units. We also offer two complimentary bicicyles if requested and time of booking. Additionally we have access to high speed internet All the Beach and pool geer you need are included with the rental. The only thing that you need to bring is your swimsuits.

Outside Area:Runaway Bay sits on 13 lush acres with tropical landscaping. The Gulf of Mexico is accross the street and we have a private beach access available. The back of the property has a fishing pier on the Bay of Sarasota. We have the largest heated pool on the island and we keep the pool constant 85 F degrees.
