Banana Wind houses over 5000 square feet of living space including two ocean-front, king-sized master suites with en-suite baths and a third bedroom with two twin beds convertible to another king also with private bath. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, indoor courtyard and spacious living room complete the open floor plan. The house is surrounded on the ocean side by 1800 square feet of extensive veranda with a fresh water infinity edge pool (equipped with therapy jets). Hammocks and lounge chairs invite you to read, relax or nap while listening to the waves crashing only 80 feet away where a secluded beach with exceptional snorkeling awaits you. Banana Wind is located in Lockrum on Round Rock Bay in a small community comprised of just a few villas. Centrally-located on this small island, Banana Wind gives you privacy but also easy access to any and all of Anguilla's beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Banana Wind's central location places you less than five minutes from Blowing Point ferry and less than ten minutes from Wallblake Airport. Only a short drive away from any of Anguilla's more than 30 beaches and dozens of restaurants.

Banana Wind can be rented as either a 2 or 3 bedroom villa. The floor plan is open with plenty of gorgeous view lines and wonderful air flow. Two oceanfront master suites both have ensuite bathrooms and king-sized beds. The optional third bedroom also has an ensuite bath and a garden view. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has gourmet appliances and everything else you need to prepare meals in the villa if you choose. Entertain options include TVs in all bedrooms and the livingroom, DVD players, stereo system, games, bocce, etc.

Outside Area:Banana Wind is located on 3/4 acre with almost 200 feet of oceanfront. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with numerous areas for sitting and relaxation. The oceanside veranda also provides two dining areas, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. Or you can float in the private, infinity-edge swimming pool. Just 80 feet away on the edge of the property is a small, secluded beach with good for lounging, snorkeling or kayaking.
