Set in an secluded and tranquil location on the tiny island of Great Guana Cay, forty feet from the beautiful, turquoise Sea of Abaco and only five minutes walk to the glorious six mile long, soft coral sand beach on the Atlantic, this is the perfect ‘get away from it all’ situation. The property stands in its own grounds of half an acre, surrounded by the attractive wild natural vegetation of the island. The grounds have 140 ft of sea frontage and there is a shared dock (jetty) to use for some wonderful snorkelling, swimming, fishing and boating in the warm crystal clear waters of Milkyberry Bay. It has stunning views across the Sea of Abaco, one of the favourite sailing areas in the world

Boats can be rented locally and fantastic day trips for snorkelling, diving and visiting other islands can be arranged. Great Guana Cay is in the area known as the Abacos, at the north east end of the Bahamas. It is approximately seven miles long and about half a mile wide. The world’s third longest barrier reef lies about half a mile off shore on the Atlantic side, where the diving and snorkelling is spectacular. For those keen on fishing, there is a huge variety to be caught, including bone fish. The island is home to about 120 people. There is a small, well stocked grocery store, a liquor store, Laundromat and gift shop. The famous ‘Nippers Bar’ is perched on top of the dunes, overlooking the breathtakingly blue Atlantic. They serve drinks and delicious snacks. There are two other bars, both in absolutely beautiful settings where food is also served. he accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of two pretty bedrooms, each with a 5 foot wide built in bed and private bathroom. There is a very attractive open plan living room at the front, a dining area with lovely views and a well equipped kitchen. It is very comfortably furnished and there is central air conditioning.

Outside Area:There is a screened in porch and a lovely wide outside deck. Also, an upstairs deck with breathtaking views.
