Our villa in Chia is e semi-detached property surrounded by a big green garden. Under the shadow of its old trees, it is possible to have meals outside or cook with the BBQ. There is also a big private veranda with panoramic view, equipped with table and chairs for your best relaxing moments. Inside, the property is completely furnished and it is suitable for a family or a small group of friends (maximum 4 -6 people). Our Villa is only 800 mt to the white sandy beaches of Chia. It is easy to reach them with a walk or by bike (our villa has some bikes at guest's disposal!). Baia Chia with its silky sand, up to 30 meter-high white dunes and crystalline, turquoise-hued water is reminiscent of an idyllic Caribbean beach. The bay is bordered by majestic, age-old junipers and a few stone traces of the Phoenician city of Bithia whose site Baia Chia now occupies. And if it’s your lucky day, you might catch a glimpse of dolphins and, on the lake, flamingos. It's a true paradise for birdwatchers! If you are looking for relax, on this lovely bay there are some lovely restaurant and cafès, where the aromatic Mediterranean maquis can be enjoyed along with a refreshing drink. Chia is also wonderful for watersports and scubadiving. Surfers can often enjoy winds blowing just the right way. Cala Cipolla, the bay next door to Baia Chia, is only accessible on foot, but its picturesque beach and cliffs make it worth the walk. It also features seven reefs at a depth of 25 meters, a veritable paradise for scuba divers. Facing the bay is Su Giudeu, a teeny island that you can wade across to. A few kilometers down the road to the west is the expansive sandy cove and aquamarine waters of Tuaredda. Those wishing to explore Sardinia’s numerous bays extending to the island’s southernmost point, Capo Teluada, can rent a boat here for the trip.

Rental notes: Prices shown are for the property per week for 2 people in Euros, including electricity, gas, hot water, linen and towels. Not included final cleaning. The house is suitable for a family or a small group of friends. Deposit within 7 days from the reservation (we accept bank transfer or credit card). On demand: cot for babies with towles and linen (extra cost: Euro 50). SPECIAL OFFER: Children under 10 are welcome (they don't pay). Any extra adults pays a small extra cost (between Euro 100 and Euro 250 a week depending on low or high season).

Outside Area:Our villa is surrounded by a big green garden lokked after by the owners. There is also a stone BBQ and you can easily find parking right outside the garden gate. We also provide arm-chiars, table and chairs for reading, eating or relaxing in the garden. We also have a bug covered veranda with table right in front of the kitchen.
