The property offers stunning views of the sea, whilst still being close to beautiful historic towns of Paralimni and Protoras and the famous resort of Fig Tree Bay as well as the resorts of Pernera, and Ayia Napa. The Villa is only a short distance from the town of Paralimni and surrounded by numerous beaches, private bays and coves all within walking distance. While the villa is not located in the center of the tourist resorts, a 10 min walk will take you into the heart of Pernera with the main tourist area of Protoras and Ayia Napa only 10 & 20 minutes drive away respectively. There are scenic walks to take along idyllic golden sandy beaches and rugged cliffs complimenting tiny bays to be explored. Alternatively Protaras and Paralmini offer over 300 business establishments, including supermarkets, souvenir shops, clothing stores, and high quality jewellers. The family can enjoy water parks, an aquariam and childrens amusement parks while the nightlife of Protaras is there to be enjoyed by all the family, and offers something for everyone from the sounds of the modern laser-lighted discos to the romantic bouzouki songs that can be heard around the various tavernas.

The villa, on a plot of half an acre, is fully air conditioned, with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious doubles on the first floor, including an en-suite to the Master bedroom. A fourth single bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower, wc, etc. The upstairs Master and Second bedrooms also offer stunning views from their own private verandas. The villa is fully equipped and has many of the facilities/utilities you would normally expect to see in a home.

Outside Area:The half acre landscaped gardens provide ample space around the large 10mx5m pool which has its own built-in Jacuzzi. It is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and unwind.
