Vivenda Johanna, a small paradise situated on the picturesque rock-coast of Porto de Mòs, is the most exquisite holiday-residence for the lover of small scale, tranquillity, nature, pure air, clean sandbeaches and a personal service. At the magnificent sand-beach of Porto de Mòs, in the pure air of the Atlantic Ocean you will find the seven commodious one and two bedroom apartments of Vivenda Johanna. The apartments are named after the flowers abd trees in the garden. The apartments are different from each other in size, shape and location, but they have all the same high quality. The apartments are furnished with care and taste. All linen is provided (not including beach towels). The towels are changed twice a week and fresh bed linen is provided once a week. The washing and ironing of your personal laundry is included in the rental price. Vivenda Johanna has been built so, that you need not worry about privacy. From your own terrace, with table, chairs, sunbeds and sun-umbrellas you can enjoy the garden and the magnificent view. Vivenda Johanna is placed in a 6000 square meters property, with a magnificent natural environment. In the garden you'll find besides the many flowers and trees also a pond with fishes and an aviary.

Lagos has 2 daily fresh food markets (fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit), 4 main supermarkets and plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. ATM machines are to be found in numerous locations as well as in the leading bank offices. Good health care service is available. Tennis courts and horse riding are in the neighbourhood. Activity parks like 'Slide and Splash' are all within a 30 minutes drive, the Lagos zoo at 15 minutes. You can also enjoy boat trips either along the coast or up the river to Silves with its beautiful castle. The quiet intimate beach of 'Porto de Mos' is surrounded by the famous Algarve rock-formations and is only a 2 mins walk away. At the beach you'll find some typical Portuguese restaurants with cosy terraces. Only 2km away lies the old and picturesque city-centre of Lagos with its fascinating fish-harbour and marina. The old port of Sagres and the ancient school of Henry the Navigator near Cabo São Vincente are about 30km away.

The Orquidea is the largest apartment of Vivenda Johanna. On the ground-floor there are two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. On the first floor a spacious livingroom, a dining area, a modern kitchen and a third complete bathroom. The apartment Datura is situated on the first floor. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a livingroom with open kitchen. The apartment "Estrelicia" is situated on the groundfloor. Inside you will find one bedroom, one bathroom, a livingroom and a kitchen. The apartment Lantana is situated on the groundfloor. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a livingroom with open kitchenand and dining area. The apartment "Jacaranda" is situated on the groundfloor. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a livingroom and a kitchen. The "Buganvilea" is a detached bungalow. Inside you will find a spacious livingroom with open kitchen, a bedroom and a large bathroom. The "Figueira" is a detached bungalow. Inside you will find a spacious livingroom with open kitchen, dining-area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside Area:The Orquidea has a covered terrace by the pool with table and chairs. The terrace on the first floor has an awning, a table, chairs, sunbeds and a sun-umbrella. You have a magnificent panoramic sea view from both the terrace and the livingroom. The Datura has a large sun-terrace with sunbeds and a sun-umbrella and a roofed-in terrace with a table and chairs. Both terraces have a panoramic sea view. The Estrelicia terrace has an awning, a table, chairs, sunbeds and a sun-umbrella. You have a magnificent sea view from both the terrace and the livingroom. The Lantana has a parcial covered terrace with table and chairs and a sun-terrace with sunbeds and sun-umbrella. The Jacaranda terrace is partly roofed-in and has a table with chairs, sunbeds and a sun-umbrella. The Buganvilea private terrace is situated in the garden surrounded by almond- and lemon trees. Present are table, chairs, sunbeds and sun-umbrella. There is another terrace situated on the inner-court, also with table and chairs. The Figueira private terrace is situated in the garden surrounded by fig-, banana- and bay trees. The terrace is covered and has tables with chairs.
