Almancil is a small city with at about 6. 000 inhabitants. It is only 15 kilometres west of Faro airport (15 minutes by car). The city has several shops and services, e. . supermarkets, magazine shops, baker shops, butchers, res­tau­rants and bars. Apart from a medical centre, there are doctors and dentists as well. The urbanisation of Vale do Garrão where the villa is built on, is situated in the Golden Triangle of the Algarve, between the well-known resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in Almancil, Algarve. This area is famous for its sandy beaches and its many golf courses. From the Villa it is approximately only 800 meters to the coast.

Rental notes: From April 25th until October 25th, the prices are including maid service 3 times a week, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, towels, sheets and blankets. If you want to use the air co system in this period, the charges are Euro 150,- per week. In the period between October 25th until December 31st the prices are based on occupation by 2 persons excluding electricity (between Euro 29 to 42 per week). Every extra person pays in this period Euro 75,- per week.

Spacious living /dining room with French windows to the terrace with access to the pool. Large swimming pool (5x10x2,25 metres) with special children pool. Partially secluded gardens with shrubs and trees. Upper floor: Large master bedroom, with king-size bed, with large en suite bathroom with big corner bath and shower. Second medium bedroom with own en suite bathroom. Both rooms have doors to the balcony overlooking the pool area.

Outside Area:Terrace with access to the pool. Large swimming pool (5x10x2,25 metres) with special children pool. Partially secluded gardens with shrubs and trees.
