Our Florida Golf Vacation Villa is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. An exclusive golfing community, only minutes away from the Walt Disney World resorts. Including The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Also Within close proximity are the numerous attractions that have made this area the vacation capital of the world! Now Legoland is open a quick trip down the road. The villa is close to nearby shops and resturants with the new 'Berry Town Center' offering all of these amenities including a Publix supermarket. Also located within a short drive is a Super Wal Mart offering 24 hour shopping.

A spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with ample living and sleeping space and it is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. Upon entering the villa you will see the formal living room which is furnished to a high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The family room also features a digital HD-TV and CD player/radio. There is a separate dining area to the side of the formal living room allowing you to be that little bit more of a special occasion. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast nook. There is also a utility room next to the the kitchen area with Laundry facilities. A high chair cot and stroller are provided should you have an infant in your party. The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a Queen sized bed with a en-suite bath and showerroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels free on demand films. The other bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with its own private bathroom and cable TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both feature twin beds and have private access to a shared bathroom. It features FREE wireless broadband Internet access along with FREE calls to anywhere within the USA.
