This is a lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home in a well established quiet community. This home has a beautiful private south-facing pool that is completely fenced in for added privacy. Equipped with cable Flat Screen HDTV/DVD in Living Room, Wireless High Speed Internet with a printer and TVs in 3 of the bedrooms. Situated in the Eagle Pointe Community just 6 miles from Disney World, this 1780 sq foot Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/Dryer for laundry and all bath towels & bed linens provided. This home will sleep up to 10 people with queen bed, 1 full bed, 4 twin beds & pull out sofa.

Just 6 miles from Disney's East Main Gate, this home is conveniently located to shopping, main roads, theme parks and area attractions. There is a Super Walmart just 3 minutes away by car and is open 24 hours. There are outlet malls within 10 minutes from the home and all theme parks are easily reachable by the main roads.

Rental notes: TAXES: All rates are subject to 13% tax (State of Florida sales tax and Osceola county tourist tax). BOOKING DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A deposit of $250 and a separate refundable security deposit is due on all bookings at the time of the initial reservation confirmation. The total balance is due in full eight weeks before arrival. Reservations made within eight weeks of arrival are due for payment in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT: We reserve the right to process between $250 -$500 dependent on the type of home reserved at the initial booking period. This payment will need to be paid by Credit Card. The Security Deposit amount will be held on account and refunded in full within two weeks of the date of departure where no damage has occurred and all policies and conditions have been observed. Where damage or loss does occur to home or contents we will apply this amount and more if necessary to offset the expense of any repairs or replacement or unpaid charges. We will notify the guest of the relevant charges. CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes or Cancellation of any reservation given more than 30 days ahead of the arrival date will result in a non-refund of the Reservation Deposit. Any reservation canceled within 30 days prior to arrival is payable in full. CHECK IN TIME: 4 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10AM - Guest agrees to vacate unit assigned by 10AM on departure date.

Very spacious, tastefully decorated. There is a Living room and a seperate dining room. The master bedroom is ensuite, while the other three bedrooms share a guest bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms is decorated in a Sponge Bob Squarepants theme and is a favorite with the kids.

Outside Area:The pool and pool deck areas are screened in to keep the bugs out, while the rest of the back yard has privacy fending to ensure total privacy.
