Rental notes: Full settlement of the balance to be received by the owners at least 8 weeks prior to departure. A preauthorized damage deposit charge of 200 US will be completed at check-in, and cancelled after check-out subject to confirmation of no room damage or missing items.

Built & furnished from new circa April 2005, our condo's are a DELUXE Andros model, which is located on the ground floor(USA '1st floor'),or a 3 bedroom Abacus both with large wrap-around fully fitted kitchen, seperate living and dining areas. Windows on three sides make it light and airy. Full size living room with large television with over 30 cable channels. Open plan dining area with table/chairs to seat up to 6 or 8 in comfort. Fully fitted open plan kitchen. 2 or 3 full size bedrooms with king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in in the 2nd bedroom,(for 3 bed apartment) 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom, (or 2nd bedroom if 2 bedroom apart) double queen size sleeper sofabed in the lounge. 2 full bathrooms - one en-suite to master bedroom with large corner bath, seperate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. 2nd bathroom with bathtub and shower head over, basin and WC. Fully equipped laundry room. Condo professionally cleaned prior to your stay (daily or mid week clean available for extra charge).

Outside Area:Private screened outside areas. Private screened patio with furniture, looking out onto a lovely green area and pool and hot tub just 2 minutes stroll. Parking directly outside the apartment. 5 communial pools,including one in the childrens play area.
