Canmore is located close to Banff and 5 ski resorts and is abundant in wildlife. It also makes a wonderful center to explore the Canadian Rockies. This is a stunning 6 bedroom mountain home, nestled between the Three Sisters mountain range and the Bow River. The property stands on a large corner plot with 360° views of the Rockies. The house was recently chosen and used for the Canadian reality TV show "Dream Chasers". Please note that this Property is only available for long term residential lettings. Due to local regulations we are not able to offer this property for vacation rentals.

Canmore is well known for winter sports being located close to Banff and all the world class spectacular ski resorts within the area. As well as the boarding and skiing you can find dog sledding, ice fishing, ice climbing, cross-country skiing all within Canmore or area. As the long Ski season draws to a close (late May) the area continues to stay vibrant with white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking and hiking all coming to the fore. Horse riding, fishing and golf also feature locally through out the warm summer months. Numerous festivals and events can be found in Canmore with The Highland Games (September) and 24 Hours of Adrenalin (August) being the largest, with the Calgary Stampede being one of the largest annual events in Canada!

From the entrance hall you walk directly to the fabulous kitchen and dining area. Seating 12 at the table with a further 4 at the granite breakfast bar this is an amazing location to entertain. With the tall vaulted ceiling, feature stone fireplace and full length windows the superb mountain views come complimentary. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a stunning armoire, the en-suite has a jacuzzi bath and a double shower. The upper level has two large bedrooms; one is Western themed with rustic cowboy bunk bed and further bed, the decoration is fun and a firm favourite with our younger clients! A double bedroom and bathroom with separate walk in shower complete this floor (additional cot-beds (camp-beds for our UK guests) can be provided for larger groups of more than 12). Downstairs in the property is an Aladdin's cave of activities to be enjoyed. There is a luxury sauna, traditional games table, 8 person hot tub, ice hockey game, and fuss-ball game. The feature stone fireplace accommodates the large screen television with DVD/cable and is surrounded by a sumptuous leather corner sofa. No need to go upstairs to fix a drink as there is compact kitchen area to prepare your refreshments. A further three bedrooms, comprising of two doubles and one twin and one large bathroom with walk in shower complete this floor. All furnishings are to the highest standard with designer beds by Vera Wang for instance.
