St. Kitts, known as the "Sugar Island" of the Caribbean, is renown for its unspoiled natural charm and West Indian ambience. Everything is easily accessible, uncrowded, unpretentious yet unhurried. Stunning beaches on the South peninsula give way to three groups of steep volcanic hills surrounded by vast sugarcane fields and grasslands dominated in the north range by Mt. Liamuiga, a 3792 foot volcanic peak with lush tropical rainforest along its north slope. St. Kitts is 23 miles long and 5 miles across at its widest, encompassing an area of 68 square miles. Nevis, the smaller island, lies to the south and is approximately 7 miles in diameter, covering a total of 36 square miles. The two islands support a population of about 45,000, of which about 9,000 live on the island of Nevis. The yearly average temperature in St. Kitts is 80 degrees with a constant northeast trade wind.

The main house is a bright and vivid example of modern Caribbean architecture; the open beam ceilings, large decks, bold paint scheme and open airiness define al fresco Caribbean living. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen flow together as one open area, highlighted by French doors opening the Great Room to the tropical breezes, the pool and veranda. The area is accentuated by antique furnishings and colorful local artworks, and has a stereo, dvd, vcr and cable televison. The master bedroom also overlooks the pool and deck area, highlighted by an antique four poster canopy bed and hand carved armoire. The large ensuite bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub, shower, and bidet. Be lulled to sleep to the sound of "beach music", the gently breaking surf from your hillside suite overlooking Half Moon Bay. Two queen size bedrooms with private oceanfront balconies, galley kitchen and tiled bath with separate shower. The guest suite bedrooms feature queen size beds, ceiling fans and balconies. The villa is fully equiped with DVD, VCR, CD player, cable TV, Fax, Barbeque grill and High Speed Internet service with wireless.
