Come and enjoy this very pretty, fully renovated one bedroom apartment right on our award winning Hollywood Beach. We are situated about one mile north of the famous Westin Diplomat Hotel and about one mile south of our fabulous Hollywood Broadwalk, which is a pedestrian boardwalk right on the ocean with outdoor shops, restaurants and cafes and where you can enjoy bicycle riding, roller blading, zegways, jogging or just strolling down while enjoying the ocean breezes. There are also concerts and festivals going on all year round. Casa La Playa is a small building with a total of 7 apartments, all facing the ocean, so it is very quiet and private. It almost feels like you are in your own private beach. The one and two bedroom apartments are all fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, safes, central A/C units, WiFi, new marble floors, beautiful rattan furniture, flat screen T.V's with cable, movies, washer/dryer on premises, etc. The one bedroom has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a gas BBQ with tables and beches so you can enjoy making and eating your own meals while enjoying the breezes from the ocean. Complimentary lounges are also included. Minimum rental is one week (7 nights). Rates include maid service once a week, a full cleaning with change of linens and parking. There are extra linens in the apt. for your use. There are no extra charges and no deposits required. Children and small pets welcome. Holllywood Beach is located right in the middle of Miami (South Beach) on the south and Ft. Lauderdale on the north. It is only about a 30 minutes ride by car to South Beach and about a 15 minute car ride to Ft. Lauderdale Beach or downtown. Downtown Hollywood is only about a 5 minute car ride or ride the city's trolley if you do not have a car. Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale Airport is only a 10 minute car ride away. Miami Airport is about 30 minutes away. We are also only one mile south of the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, which is an oceanfront pedestrian boardwalk with shops, restaurants and cafes and where you can bicycle ride, roller blade or just stroll while enjoying ocean breezes.

Rental notes: We will charge credit card the equivalent of two days rental, for a one week rental, if no cancellation within a month of arrival date or one week rental for a one month stay. Rates are based on a one week rental and depends on the season. Low season is from April 1 to December 15. High season starts December 16 to March 31. Two week rate and monthly rate also available at a lower daily rate than the weekly rate. Two bedroom apt. also available at higher rate. Please inquire. Apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, central A/C, two T.V.'s with cable, movies, private phone, WiFi, etc. The bedroom has a king size bed and sofa bed in the living room. Very pretty decorated with rattan furniture and marble floors.

Outside Area:Building has a courtyard in front, from where you step into the sand. It has only two stories, no elevators. Only 7 apartments in the property, making it very quiet, intimate and private. There is a gas BBQ with tables and benches in the courtyard for your use. There is no swimming pool, just the ocean.
