This beautiful, well presented 2 bedroomed Spanish apartment situated within the grounds of the Panoramica Golf and Country Club; located at Sant Jordi, Castellуn, offers commanding views of the golf course grounds, a communal swimming pool and mountainous views at the rear of the property. The golf course is a championship (Par 72, 18 hole) standard, designed by Berhard Langer. Set amongst olive trees and lakes, the surrounding beauty of the course could well be a distraction to the most discerning of players. The course includes a club house, changing rooms with lockers, Pro Shop, club hire, driving range, 3 practice holes, electric carts and a bar/cafe/restaurant. Vinaros offers full and varied facilities for self catering holidays: The Sabecco Supermarket located at the Junction of the N340 and N238 and the Carrefour Supermarket a little further on along the N340. Local places of interest include the towns of Vinaros and traveling further along the coast; Benicarlo and Peniscola. Each has it's own unique identity for everyone to enjoy, whilst offering rich and varied types of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. The Mediterranean climate promises favourable weather throughout the year. However, booking your holiday during the months of May to September will almost certainly ensure a hot and sunny welcome.

The apartment is within easy commuting distance to Vinaros, Benicarlo, Peniscola, Morella, Valencia, and Barcelona. Vinaros is a local fishing port, renowned for it's King Prawns and fresh fish. This excellent produce maybe purchased at the seafront market in addition to fruit and vegetables. Bar and restaurants catering for all tastes are in plentiful supply along the seafront and within the town centre. The front street has recently undergone a dramatic facelift. The road which ran parallel to the beach has been pedestrianised making for a more relaxed and enjoyable environment for you to enjoy the sites of Vinaros. If you are the more adventurous tourist, Benicarlo offers the opportunity of sailing, diving and water skiing. Peniscola's focal attraction is it's wonderful 7 kilometres of golden, sandy beach. The medieval town is now a vibrant location for colourful markets, picturesque streets, bars, restaurants and night life. Make sure you see the beach artists work if you visit! From castles to pyramids, this wonderful attraction is well worth the time to see. Morella is an ancient town, which is dominated by a ruined castle. The towns streets remind you of a bygone age with their small avenues and tall buildings. Souvenir shops and bars bring a modern touch to this wonderfully atmospheric place. Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and an industrious area. Boasting warm summers and mild winters, it is an ideal place to visit at any time of year.

The living room is a welcoming environment leading to the patio and swimming pool. Two sofas (1 three seater & 1 two seater) offer comfortable seating. A television offers both satellite and DVD facilities. A coffee table is within easy reach of either sofa. A dining table which comfortably seats 6 people may be used for both informal and formal occasions. Two additional chairs are also available in the room. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from a fitted sink, fridge freezer, oven and hob, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery are available within the cupboard drawers. A sliding door permits through access to the Living Room and onto the terrace. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and patio doors leading onto the terrace. A spacious wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and an additional cabinet offer ample space for clothing and personal belongings. The additional cabinet which faces the bed includes a hair dryer. The En-Suite bathroom includes a new double size walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin facilities. The second bedroom offers two single beds. Personal belongings and clothing are accommodated with a sizeable wardrobe (including mirrored fascia), a single bedside cabinet and a larger cabinet. Towels and blankets can be found within the larger cabinet. An additional shower room offers wash hand basin, toilet and shower facilities. This may be used to accommodate the second bedroom guests or for guests staying in the Master Bedroom, should they wish to use a shower instead of a bath. (The shower in the Master Bedroom is an attachment to the bath). Guests are politely reminded to ensure all facilities are left clean and tidy on their departure.
