Upon arrival a REFUNDABLE Breakage Deposit (against damage, and leaving the house in an unacceptable state) is payable. This amount is 10% of the total booking or a minimum of R 1500 (whichever greater). This will be returned to you (via post/bank transfer) after an inventory within one week from your departure, less any deductions applicable.
