Olivanda is a worderful villa, situated between Florence and Lucca at only 3 km from Montecatini Terme (all shops, restaurants, thermal spa), submerged in the green of the Tuscan countryside, in a garden rich with age-old olive trees, lavender's bush, plants and with a splendid swimming pool with view to die for. There are two floor. In the first live the owners with 3 people, in the main floor there is Olivanda with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, (3 en-suite), a large living room and the kitchen. At guests' disposal: Wi-Fi internet connection and a computer available free of charge. Baby bed available free of charge. Outside a very big park with old olive's trees, a big barbeque with a lots of wood, and the panoramic and always sunned swimming pool (private for the guests). On demand it's possible to have tuscany chef, daily cleaning, esthetician, babysitter, dogsitter, personal shopper, shuttle, guide, waitress, dryver, personal trainer. Many storic and stoned village around us. By car Lucca in 20 minutes, Florence in 40 minutes, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi on the seaside in 30 minutes, Pisa in 30 minutes, Montecarlo (LU) in 10 minutes, Collodi in 10 minutes, Pinocchio city, for the kids, Pistoia in 15 minutes, with a marvellous square with its old stone streets .... many place to visit if you are able to leave the Olivanda's relaxing atmosphere Vinci is at about 30 km and, you know, it's Leonardo city. Very nice museum. If you like to spend your money, in Montecatini and in the seaside you can find all the shops opened in the Sunday and often in the night, unusually in the rest of the country, where sunday is the day off for the shops. Distances: At 500 mts there are food shops, laundry, bar adn riding school. Montecatini is only 2.5 km far from the house. We are among the hills over Montecatini Terme but, in the same time, at few minutes from the centre, the Spa and the utilities. In 5 minutes you find a riding school, the bakery, a newsagent, the bar, some restaurants, a gas station, the chemist, the laundry, videolibrary, supermarket, the church... In 10 minutes the high way, the railway station, in 15 minutes Lucca and Pistoia, in 30 minutes Pisa and Florence's airport.

Villa of 180 m2 on ground floor. It's a wonderful main floor of the villa with a big living room with fireplace and lovely armchairs, three bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and one more bathroom with shower outside the bedrooms. All-furnished kitchen with dishwasher as well. Bedrooms - Bathrooms The spacious and welcoming bedrooms have warm, coloured walls, terracotta floors, with flecks of olive green glass, air-conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom and hairdryers. The rose room has the king sized bed and one single bed. The green room has the king sized bed and an armchair- bed just for a child. The blue one has the king sized bed and 1 single bed and the cot. Bathrooms are in a little hall beside the bedrooms. They have the shower and a big mirrow over the washstand. Kitchen - Living Room Kitchen has two windows. It's all furnished with washdisches, micro wave, and coffee expresso machine as well. There is a big refrigerator and a cutter. The living room is rose painted and it has a big fireplace, tv, armchairs, a very long table for twenty people with benches with flowered pillows. It has two big french windows from where you can see the garden outside.
