Our luxury villa is situated at the fabulous development of Orange Tree, one of Orlando's most impressive communities, which is set amongst the beautiful orange groves which give the community its name. It is a very peaceful and tranquil location, despite being within easy reach of all the amenities and attractions. Only minutes away are all the essential amenities including Banks, Post office, Petrol stations, Super Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's/CVS chemist, Dentist, Walk-in Health Centre, Salon, and a variety of shops and many restaurants. Orange Tree is located north west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just 2.5 miles north of the western end of the Highway 192, or 8 miles north of the Interstate 4. This much sought after location places you in an ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun & excitement of the many world famous theme parks (WDW can be reached in approx. 12 mins), or the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size championship standard courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the many shopping outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners & bars. On-site facilities at Orange Tree include tennis & basketball courts, games field with football/soccer nets along with 2 kiddies playgrounds, all of which are just a few minutes walk away within the estate. These facilities are reserved for the residents & guests of Orange Tree.

The bedrooms comprise of 1 king sized double with en-suite bathroom, 1 queen sized double with bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, together with an additional queen sized sofa bed in the family room, this provides sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. All bedrooms have a cable TV. We have two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard, containing both comfortable sofas and plenty of table space, providing plenty of relaxation space. There is a large screen cable TV, DVD player, Playstation and FREE Wireless Internet access (laptop not provided). The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food! We have two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. The dining room contains a large ornate dining table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. The breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen & breakfast bar, it contains a wrought iron glass top table with four chairs & two bar stools. To add to your further enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room is carpeted and features a pool table, foosball table and a darts board. There is also a 3-piece table tennis set, which is easy to fit together and fits on top of the pool table. Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board located in the laundry room. Our home is fully air conditioned. We supply all linen & can provide a cot/crib & highchair on request.

Outside Area:Our villa has its own luxurious 30ft x 15ft Solar Power heated and screened swimming pool, with spa set within a spacious extended patio and covered lanai area with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. The extended pool deck & loungers are great for soaking up the Florida Sun. The pool area can be accessed via patio doors from the master bedroom, nook and family room. There is also access to one of the bathrooms from the pool deck. For the children, there is a selection of pool toys available to help keep them entertained. There is also a safety screen to keep the little ones away from the water, whilst not intrusive this can be removed if you require. The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in. The pool deck also has the added advantage of being very private as it backs onto a dry retention area.
