For those who enjoy the water, you can explore the lake by boat for an afternoon or a day in a boat or canoe, discovering uninhabited beaches and coves - pack a picnic. vistas of trees and rocks worthy of the Group of Seven extend for 100km along the shoreline of Bark Lake. The Madawaska Valley, offers delightful day trips, with its unspoiled beauty, unique flavour of simple living and, world-renowned artisans and craftspeople.

Eight lakefront housekeeping cottages are generously spaced along the shoreline of Bark Lake. Each unit has living, dining and kitchen area with 3 or 4 piece bathroom. Sleeping facilities range from 2 - 12 people depending on unit. All units have pull-out sofas/futons to accommodate extra guests. All units are equipped with bed linen, pillows, blankets, full-size fridge and stove, small appliances, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

Outside Area:Each cottage has a balcony or porch facing Bark Lake. Picnic table and firepit on each site. Swim at the shoreline, at our natural pool and beach area or in our Heated Indoor Saltwater Pool.
