Rustic holiday bungalows in San Felice Circeo - Lazio self catering bungalows

San Felice Circeo is one of the most requested holiday resorts of the Romans and has a wonderful mild and sunny climate also in winter, with temperatures not less then 10-12 C°. Swimming in the mediterranean sea is possible from April to the end of October, with not less then 20-22 C° watertemperature till November. The green Mount Circeo Kap is 541 m high and offers beautiful paths for walking and mountainbiking, always with great panorama, as well as several grottos. Sailing, diving, snorcheling, surfing, canoe, as well as climbing is possible there around, and therefore it is also perfect for people who like sports. Best time to enjoy the endless sandy beaches and little rocky bays is Aparil/May and June, as well as September and October, because July and August it is booked mostly by Romans and therefore prices are rather high. Only approx. 90 km (1 hour) south of Rome and approx. 200 km north of Naples, approx. 30 km distance from Latina, the main town of the Province of Latina. Places of Interest around are Anzio, Nettuno along the Thyrenniencoast in direction of Rome. Sermoneta and Norma, medieval little towns on the green hills in the Hinterland, Norba Antica, very interesting archeaological site high above Latina and the Pontine area the oldest Cisterzienser Monastery in Italy, Fossanova, in the middle of a tiny and medieval place, Sabaudia with its endless and wide dunabeaches and the 4 lagoon lakes of the Circeo Nationalparc Terracina, a nice beachtown with a long promenade and an ancient temple high above the town Sperlonga, a white coloured little spot, along the coast, with narrow little streets and romantique squares and little boutiques. Each bungalow has approx. 50 m2 and has one bedroom with double bed, one bedsofa in the livingroom, one bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with washingmashine. In the livingroom is a table and a TV, as well as the bedsofa In front of the bungalow there is a terrasse with table and chairs and some sunbeds at disposal A carparking is right next to the bungalow. It is nice furnited in the italian style and offers a good italian comfort. It is very clean Bedlinnen and towels are there and on request You will receive also an american coffeemashine

Outside Area:The bungalows are situated everyone in a nice garden with palms and right next to the forest. They have a terrasse with table and chairs as well as sunbeds and an extra entrance. In front of the mainhouse of the owner there is a nice sitting place and a table with a wonderful view onto the yachting port of San Felice Circeo and the sea and the coastline of Terracina and Sperlonga, as well as the Pontine Islands. With very clear weather (mostly in wintermonths) You can see also the island of Ischia with Mount Epomeo and the Vesuvio. There is a little private street leading down to the beaches. (approx. 900 m)
