Executive holiday villa in Orlando - Orange Tree family vacation rental home

This large family executive villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 26 feet by 16 feet pool, and a jacuzzi - your holiday home doesn't get any better than this! If you are intent on having a special holiday you need a special place. With a living area of 2322 sq. ft. this larger than average property is furnished to a very high standard and sleeps 12 (14 with a sofa bed) It is well suited for the large family or two family groups or those who like lots of space to chill out. It has two living areas, two dining areas and a sizeable fully equipped kitchen.

It is only 12 minutes to the gates of Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and a short ride using I-4 to all other Orlando attractions. Tampa and the Clearwater Beach area can be reached in 1.25 hours while the journey to NASA on the East Coast takes just over an hour. A local drugstore is just a couple of minutes down the road and wal-mart is just 5 minutes away. Randy's is the nearest restaurant (1.5 ml) serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chilis is only 5 minutes and others are close by giving you losts of choice for eating out. A small children's play area is located nearby and for the bigger kids tennis and football are a couple of hundred yards away in the orange tree site.

Rental notes: Security Deposit 300 USD. Balance is payable eight weeks prior to arrival date. Mid week bookings are accepted but may incur a small additional charge but please check with us we really try to accommodate our guests wishes. The villa has two separate lounge areas to provide extra space and comfort. The large family room is 22' x 14' and has 32" TV. In the second lounge area there is aso a sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook and dine in. There are two dining areas, a formal dining space for those special meals and a breakfast nook area which overlooks the pool. Master Bedroom - has direct acces to the pool area and has a king size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both twin bedrooms with easy access to bathroom 2 and have good wardrobe space and drawers for your clothes etc. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with plenty of room for clothes. Bedrooms 5 & 6 are also twin bedrooms of a reasonable size and have easy access to bathroom 3, and through this to the pool.

Outside Area:The estended pool is south facing and is 26' x 16' with a good size spa. A child security fence is fitted as standard to comply with the latest legislation. High Quality Patio furniture is provided and the large lanai provides both shelter and space for dining.
