Our apartments are located in the “Palma De Mallorca” building on the Boulevard Malecon De La Marina in Miraflores. Miraflores is considered to be the most beautiful coastline in Peru. This Location also has a great number and variety of the finest hotels, restaurants, and shops. The Mallorca building has nine stories with one apartment per floor. The elevator runs from the lower garage to the roof top terrace and will take you directly into your apartment's living room.

Cross the Boulevard to "Oceanside Costa Verde Sports Park" and enjoy bicycling, jogging or hike down to the beach on paved paths and do some pier fishing and surfing. Play basketball, Soccer, Tennis, and Skateboard. Within walking distance enjoy restaurants such as Francesco’s, "Chifa" Peruvian Chinese restaurant and a market. There are also Chili's, McDonalds, Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, and many other food choices. If you prefer to eat at home, visit one of the "Super" Supermarkets which would put many markets in the U.S. to shame. If you're on a budget, chose from various restaurants near your apartment who offer soup, several choices of entrees; which include beef, chicken, fish or pork, rice, beans, potatoes, vegetables, dessert, and drink. All for about $2.00 to $2.50.

Rental notes: Rate 1: 100 USd per night, minimum 3 day stay, between April 1 and November 31 (Discounted rates are available for visits of 2 weeks or more. No discounted rates unless book 1 month or more in advance) Rate 2: 120 USd per night, minimum 1 week stay, between December 1 and March 31 (If booked 1 month or more in advance, visits between December 1st and March 31st are 100 USd per night with a minimum 1 week stay) Our spacious apartments sleep 4. A nightly charge of 15 USd will be added for each additional occupant. (Children permitted depending on age and quantity).

Full-sized kitchen with granite counter tops. Spacious living room with windows that lead out to the balcony for unobstructed views of the park, beach, and Pacific Ocean. 24 Hour security, Cable TV, DVD, Player, CD Stereo, Covered Parking Space, pay as you go telephone service, weekly maid service is included. Inexpensive part or full time maid available.

Outside Area:The “Palma De Mallorca” also offers a roof top terrace available to guests. It offers a wet bar, 2 BBQ pits, and a full bath room. It is glass enclosed for an unobstructed view.
