Here on the Venice mainland we have the ideal property for you to rent, located just 20 minutes by local transport from the centre of Venice in a quiet residential area. The house has been very recently refurbished in soft neutral colour's creating a relaxing space. We prefer to rent the house at least for 2 days (self catering), and if somebody wants B&B email us for the prices. Would you like the opportunity of experiencing a real traditional
Venetian dinner? This can be organized by my parents Claudio and 
Ada, and dinner can be taken inside or outside in the courtyard 
(weather permitting).

The property for you to rent is located just 20 minutes by local transport from the centre of Venice in a quiet residential area. Venice is one of Italy's top travel cities and a beautiful, romantic destination with many attractions. Its small, traffic-free streets along the winding canals make for great walking. You'll find many magnificent churches and palaces, lively squares, and interesting shops. Venice has many fine attractions and museums but one of the best things to do is take some time wandering along the canals off the main tourist track. Saint Mark's Square - Piazza San Marco is the main square of Venice surrounded by chic sidewalk cafes and fancy shops. Saint Mark's Basilica - Basilica di San Marco is a beautiful church blending the architecture of East and West. Doge's Palace - Palazzo Ducale, also on St. Mark's Square, is the most impressive building in Venice and well worth a tour. Galleria del'Accademia is one of Italy's best art museums with 24 rooms in 3 historic buildings.

Rental notes: Please email us to get prices. Upon arrival, the balance will be paid in cash directly to the owner. The price includes the rental cost of the apartment, furnished and equipped, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and any other service indicated in the booking confirmation letter.

The property features a large modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self catering and there is also a pleasant courtyard with garden furniture for alfresco dining, somewhere to relax after a long day sightseeing. If you don't wish to cook, don't worry there are plenty of restaurants nearby or why not just call for pizza! There are two tasteful en suite bedrooms, each can accommodate a large double bed or if prefered they can be split into two singles, also, one of the bedrooms has an additional sofa bed. Each en suite bathroom contains a modern walk in shower unit. The property would ideally suit two couples or a family.
