A restful vacation begins here. This beautiful vacation waterfront home was built in 2003, the pool area is brand new. The house is located in one of Cape Coral’s most desirable areas! The villa is so close to everything, the grocery store, Publix, as well as other stores like Target are in walking distance! Anything else such as local malls are a short drive away! Flamingo residence is an exclusive, centrally air-conditioned villa in a quiet American neighborhood with pretty views over the wide canal; why not try your hand at fishing from the dock?

Flamingo Residence features all new 2005 furnishings, custom floral arrangements, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen can accommodate 6 diners with additional seating for 2 on the bar countertop. There is a sliding glass “pocket door” that opens to the lanai and pool area (with a pass through bar). The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a 27” Panasonic flat screen TV with a DVD player and a wide assortment of movies, CD's and books. There are additional TV's and DVD players in the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms for added privacy. It also has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a laundry with a new washer and dryer, adjacent to the 2 car garage.

Outside Area:The lanai and pool have an western exposure for cool summertime seating and is sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is also equipped with a modern gas barbecue.
