Davenport vacation villa in Calabay Parc - Florida affordable holiday home

Calabay Parc is a modern gated community set within a conservation area and has been established with the aim of becoming the finest villa development in the area. The general appearance and maintenance of the site is important and all the villas are maintained to a high standard. Calabay Parc is ideally located for Walt Disney World and other major attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Also providing easy access to other attractions away from the Orlando area, including Busch Gardens and the beaches on the Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast and the Everglades to the south. Our holiday villa is a large detached bungalow with 1831 sq. ft. of living space. The property is fully air conditioned throughout, sleeping up to 10 comfortably. The property contains 4 bedrooms, two double masters with en-suite and two twin bedded rooms sharing a thrid bathroom. We have a large family room where there is a sofa bed for additional guests. A fully modern open plan kitchen and dining area. The family room and both master bedrooms have access to the south facing screened pool and extended sun deck. All the doors in the villa with access to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. The villa meets all fire and safety regulations.

Calabay Parc is in a quiet yet central location situated on highway 27, close to both Interstate 4 (exit 55) and highway 192 with it’s variety of restaurants, attractions and a wide range of popular shops. Walt Disney World is just a 15-minute drive away. Other major attractions including Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is a 25-30 minute drive. The Champions Gate shopping and golf complex is only 5 minutes away. There are ample shopping malls and golf courses close to the villa. Using Interstate 4 provides easy access to other attractions away from the Orlando area, including Busch Gardens at Tampa and the beaches on the Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast and the Everglades to the south. Orlando Interntional airport is a 30-35 minute drive away.

The rental charges are inclusive of gas, electricity, telephone calls to the UK, internet access, air conditioning/heating, cable television and the use of linen, towels, all furniture and appliances. Also included is housekeeping/cleaning before and after your stay, maintenance of the swimming pool throughout your stay and Local and State taxes. The family room is situated at the centre of the villa and is both spacious and comfortable, with a ceiling fan and a large sofa that converts to a double bed for additional guests. This room also has cable TV, multi region DVD player with some films, PS2 with games and a mini hi-fi are included for your use. Patio doors lead you out onto the extended sun deck and pool area. A fully fitted modern open-plan kitchen and dining area is situated at the front of the villa. The kitchen area is fully equipped with appliances including cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker and dishwasher. The dining area features a large bay window allowing natural light to fill the room. There is a separate utility room containing full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and access to double garage. Master bedroom one - tastefully furnished with double/queen size bed, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers with mirror and nightstands with lamps. Cable TV and radio/alarm clock are also available for your use. A glazed door leads out to the pool and deck area. A short corridor past the walk in closet leads to the spacious en-suite bathroom. Features include a walk-in shower, a large bath, twin basins, a linen closet and a door leading to a separate toilet. Master bedroom two - also with en-suite bathroom. Tastefully furnished with double/queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, chest of drawers and a built in closet. This bedroom also has cable TV, radio/alarm clock and a door leads to pool area. Bedrooms three & four - both furnished with twin beds, nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers and built in closet. Each room has cable TV and direct access to the third bathroom.

Outside Area:Access from the family room and both master bedrooms lead to a shaded patio area with a ceiling fan to keep cool. The screened heated swimming pool and extended deck is south facing and is exposed to the sun all day, ideal for lazy days by the pool. There is a full range of poolside furniture provided for your use, a table with chairs and sunloungers. For extra safety a removable child safety net has been installed along side the pool.
