All the apartments are mainly located in Tongzhou area of Beijing, which enjoys the convenience of both Jing Tong Expressway and the extension of metro line 1. It’s a new area popular with commercial professionals, with an immediate entrance leading you directly to Guo Mao (World Trade Center), Tiananmen Square (Forbidden City) and the rest of CBD (Central Business District). All the apartments are within easy walking distance to metro and bus services. Transportation to the CBD is very quick by bus (15 minutes), metro (20 minutes) or car or taxi (10 minutes on expressway).

Rental notes: Rents may vary depending on numbers of guests. Standard rates are for up to 4 persons only. Please add 10 Euro/day per additional person. Depending on the length of the stay, a minimum 50Euro booking deposit shall be paid net of any bank charges before confirmation of your booking can be done.
