Our 6 bed 3 bath villa is of the highest standards and is furnished and equipped with every modern convenience. For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa. Failure to observe these terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit. The large South-facing Pool and Jacuzzi back onto a large lake which is stocked full of fish for the keen angler, fishing is allowed and rods are supplied. For bookings of two weeks or more we also include a "Maids day" A top to bottom clean, including stripping and remaking beds with clean sheets, washing all sheets and towels, vacuum cleaning the whole villa, washing all crockery ready for your return. The Villa is ideally suited for elderly or disabled guests as there are two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with walk in shower.

The villa is located approximately 20 minutes drive to Disney and the other major Theme Parks. It is on Crescent Lakes which is a quiet community within easy reach of local supermarkets and shops. Highway 192 is a mere 8 minutes away and Wall Mart is only 6 minutes away.

Rental notes: 1000 GBP/1750 USD Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving. Pool/Jacuzzi heat is 100 GBP/160 USD a week. A 300 USD/200 GBP security deposit is required on booking. Balance is due 10 weeks before departure.

Our executive villa consists of over 3000 sq ft of air conditioned and smoke free comfort comprising of the following: Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and two walk in closets large American King Size bed and matching dressing table together with a TV and Video, Telephone and Alarm Clock. The on-suite bathroom has twin matching wash sinks with featured lighting, Bath and large walk in shower. There are 3 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs which is ideal for Elderly or disabled guests as it eliminates the need to use the stairs. The bedrooms contain the following, 3 bedrooms with (US) Queen double beds and 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each. We also have two extra rollaway beds should they be required. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and all Crockery and Utensils. The new edition is the large games room fully carpeted and furnished with sofas and coffee tables and a telephone for those private calls. We also have an 8ft professional Slate Pool Table. 7ft Air Hockey Table, and X box with games. And a TV should you wish to watch your favourite programs.

Outside Area:South Facing Pool & Jacuzzi With Covered Lanai Overlooking A large lake which is stocked full of fish. The villa has a child proof safety fence around the pool.
