This no smoking home features master suite with king-size bed, a oversize jacuzzi tub and separate shower, double vanities and dressing areas, a wet bar complete with mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker, its own private sitting room with sofa, stereo, and television in addition to its own private deck with sweeping Atlantic views. There are two additional oceanfront bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and deck access. Two more bedrooms each accommodate a not one but two double-size beds each. Each set of first floor bedrooms share a full bath. The great room, which is so spacious it accommodates not one but two sofas as well as many chairs and a fireplace. This wonderful room with soaring cathedral ceilings is open to both the kitchen and dining area on one side and the enormous screened porch overlooking the deck and Atlantic Ocean on the other. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen will delight any cook. The dining table has space for ten people. Cruise to the Olympic Pool Village or Cabana Club Complex via golf cart or bicycle (use of our golf cart included in rental). The Olympic Pool Village houses a number of shops and restaurants with both elegant and casual dining. The Cabana Club Complex offers outdoor fun for the entire family. Here you will find a heated pool, hot tub, two separate children's pool areas, a sand playground, a casual restaurant, and outdoor bar all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nature lovers will not need their binoculars as the deer, birds, and other wildlife will join you on your daily strolls. Spend an afternoon fishing and crabbing from the bridge over the canal or rent watercraft in the marina.

Rental notes: Summer and Holiday Weeks are weekly rentals only. Weekly Rentals are Saturday Afternoon Check-in and Saturday Morning Check-out. Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm and Check out time is no later than 10 am. Fall, Winter and Spring Nightly rentals will be considered on a per rental basis. Please send inquiry to receive rate information. Monthly rates available upon request. Rates do not include 11% tax or $300 fully refundable security deposit.

This fabulous home features an airy, open floor plan. The expansive great rooms includes a spacious kitchen, two dining tables, and an over-sized living area with dramatic ocean views and access to the large screened porch. The sleeping areas of the home include 4 bedrooms on the main level and an ENORMOUS master suite that takes up the entire second floor of the home. On the first floor there are two ocean front bedrooms. Each has a queen bed and direct access to the ocean front deck. These two bedrooms share a full bath with walk-in shower. Across the hall there are two more bedrooms. Each of these has two full-sized beds (for a total of 4) and access to the street side deck with marsh view. These two bedrooms share a full bath (with tub/shower combo). Additionally, there is a half bath in the hall on this floor. The Master Suite: The Master Suite makes up the entire second floor of the home and features a sitting room with ocean front deck, Bedroom with king sized bed, wet bar, television, direct ocean-view deck access and vaulted ceiling. The Master Bath features dual vanities, dual walk-in closets, oversize walk-in shower, oversize Jacuzzi tub and private water closet. Rental of this home includes use of our 4 seater golf cart and 3 burner gas grill. Discounts can be arranged for rentals of additional golf carts and bicycles from local merchants.

Outside Area:With extensive decking and patios you can really enjoy the great outdoors at On The Fripp Side. The enormous screened porch is accessed through the great room. The open first level decking is accessed from either of the two first floor ocean-front bedrooms (each of these bedrooms features a queen bed). The second floor deck is accessed through the mastersuite sitting room or master bedroom. And the third story look out is accessed from the second floor deck and offers a truly panoramic island view. If all that is not enough enjoy the covered concrete patio under the screened porch Attached to the main floor deck is your Private Beach Access. Walk down the private beach access to the great sandy Atlantic Beach!
