Hollywood Heights is a brand new, four bedroom detached Villa with spectacular views across the natural Park with sea views on the first floor. The villa has been furnished to a high standard, including memorabilia direct from Hollywood in California, USA recently by the owners! There are 4 large bedrooms (including 2 family rooms, sleeps 8-10 guests. There are spacious terraces, including a large area which is undercover with bbq. Luxury and large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, american size fridge-freezer, cooker, hob and microwave.

It wasn't until 1984 that Costa Calma had its first major tourist boom, despite its incredible white beaches. Costa Calma (the calm coast) lies about 80km south of the airport (see map) on the edge of the national park area of Jandia. With plenty of bars and restaurants and hotels (over 8000 beds). The main road into the resort is surrounded by palm trees and Canary pines - quite a rare sight on Fuerteventura. If you've driven all the way from the north (about 2hr drive) then this is a nice stop off point. The highlight of Costa Calma has to be the long sandy beach of Playa Barca to the southwest. It's always easy to find a quiet, sheltered spot here even during peak season. Windsurfers are particularly fond of this beach because of the strong off shore winds during the summer months.

Rental notes: Prices are PER PERSON (based on 8 PERSONS), any additional guests will be charged £99 per person, per week (up to a maximum of 12 people). Children under the age of 2 stay FREE as guests of Hollywood Heights (and cots, high chairs, buggies are provided with our compliments). Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-Term breaks are charged a supplement for high season. There is a cleaning charge of £50 per week on all bookings. All bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen is changed midweek of your stay. However, please note that you need to bring your own beach towels for use outdoors. Other services can be provided on request eg. grocery welcome pack. A collection service on arrival at the airport can be organised for a nominal charge. The villa is usually available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements, other times may occasionally be accommodated. The balance is due not later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
