Our Penthouse consists of an entrance, the first double bedroom an the first bathroom with shower. From an internal staircase you enter the mansard with living, kitchen, the second double bedroom and the second bathroom with a little Jacuzzi.From a large glass window you enter the 40 sq.m. terrace seafront.
Outside Area:Six tennis grounds are close too (10 minutes by foot).
A large swimming-pool (used for championships as well) is at 10 minutes by foot.
In the summer time, there is a lot of entertainements, such as bars, cinemas, restaurants and shops, very easily reachable from the Penthouse.
More outdoor activities are accessible, such as : Canoe Fishing Surfing
