The Creekside Montecito studio is located in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet, tree-lined street a short stroll to Miramar beach. The studio is private and secluded, set behind lovely hedges and gardens next to a seasonal creek. The Creekside is nestled on the second floor of a private property in Montecito an upscale, elegant community adjacent to Santa Barbara. This little hideaway is fully appointed with a kitchenette, queen bed, outdoor deck, and a welcome basket. It offers a friendly alternative to the more standard hotel rooms in the Santa Barbara area, and is guaranteed to relax the body and renew the spirit. The Creekside offer comfortable amenities, country pine furniture, and a warm and inviting decor inspired by our travels to Mexico and Italy.

Santa Barbara really is like the French Riviera in America. Downtown Santa Barbara claims to be the most beautiful down town in America. From the beaches to the vineyards & hills covered with everything from mansions to charming cottages, Santa Barbara is a lovely California beach resort. The Creekside is private and secluded, set behind lovely hedges and gardens next to a seasonal creek and just a short stroll to Miramar Beach. We are located just half a mile to popular Coast Village Road where you will find many fabulous restaurants, boutiques, and speciality shops. Further along you will find beautiful Santa Barbara with its beaches, harbor, art galleries and many other attractions.

Rental notes: Please email owner with date of arrival and departure. Rates are for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one nights stay. This rate includes the 10% bed tax. Upon receipt of deposit a reservation a confirmation will be sent to the renter. The remainder of the rental fee will be due upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received five days prior to arrival date. There is a $50 cleaning fee for a stay of 7 nights.

The Creekside Montecito is bright and spacious with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows with roman shades for privacy on each window. It has wall to wall carpeting, a queen bed, bed side tables and lamps, a five drawer dresser and closet. The sitting area has a small couch, flat screen t.v. (housed in a pine entertainment center) a dvd player, bose radio/cd player, small desk area, coffee table and a reading lamp. There are various dvd's and music cd's to use and books on the local area. The kitchenette is fully appointed with a hardwood floor, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster. dishes, glass wear and cutlery. There is no stove. The bathroom has a tiled shower, toilet, sink with vanity and mirror.

Outside Area:The entrance opens out onto a brick covered balcony overlooking the Montecito Creek, shaded by sycamore trees. This area offers a nice, quiet place to relax with a cup of tea and a scone. The Studio is located in the back of the property on the second floor. The property is set behind lovely hedges and gardens. The gardens are planted with many varieties of California native plants and roses.
