If you haven't vacationed in San Diego, you're in for a treat! If you are a repeat visitor, you already know why San Diego is known as "America's Finest City". Be one of the lucky guests to enjoy this newly renovated condo! Looks like a model home! Located on the second floor of a small building of six condos, this condo has a view of the bay from the front entrance deck and the living room. It was a condo conversion which means that the building was purchased by a developer who gutted it and put everything new inside. New granite countertops, all new kitchen cabinets, beautiful wood floors, all new bathroom. We added plantation shutters on all the windows and a mirrored wall so you can actually see the reflection of Mission Bay from inside the condo! The furnishings are new and since the condo has a view of Sail Bay, we used a "sailing" motif with all the new furnishings. Very cute. Check out the pictures! The condo has one bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, good quality linens, pillows and comforter. The bathroom has a tub and shower with a really good showerhead (nothing more important than a good shower!). And, we found a curved shower curtain rod and a cool shower curtain just like in the upscale hotels! You’ll find plenty of towels and a built-in hairdryer. We even include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion! In the living room, there’s a sofa sleeper and a glass dining table for 4 with a view of the bay. There’s also an entertainment center.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Mission Beach is a unique California beach town. It’s a peninsula of high priced real estate surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west side and Mission Bay Park on the east. Two very different worlds and only a block apart! The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean is active, fun and busy. Body surf, board surf, boogie board, jump the waves, search for shells, build a sandcastle or just walk along the seashore. In contrast, Mission Bay offers another world - sail, kayak, swim, picnic and play tennis. You can ride bikes (included) or walk, run or skate on miles of ocean and bayfront sidewalks. Your choice. Enjoy it all!! Our very cute (and very new) one bedroom condo is located on the bayside of Mission Boulevard in the middle of Mission Beach - about halfway between the historic roller coaster at Belmont Park and the famous Crystal Pier – PERFECT location in Mission Beach. Mission Bay is only 30 steps from the condo.

Rental notes: Off season special $145 a night plus 10.5% tax. 7th night FREE!!!!! Summer is $1400 weekly, Sat. to Sat. $50 includes cleaning before and after your stay and fresh linens $10 per day for 3rd and 4th person over 12 years

Enjoy your early morning coffee on the front entrance deck or grab a beach chair (included) and gel out on the sand. A funky charcoal BBQ is located at the bottom of the stairs and we’ve provided BBQ equipment. No smoking inside but smoking is ok on the balcony.
