The ground floor is composed of the house entrance, a lawn garden area, a covered parking place, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, a large dinning/lounge area, a quiet leaving chamber, and a store room. Entering the villa by the hallway you will find a dining room with a large table set for six, served by a bathroom (Shower/wc) next to it. The lounge including stair access to upper floor is equipped with a set of sofas, chosen for comfort, grouped around the traditional fireplace. The leaving chamber next to the lounge has a peculiar wooden bar, being the perfect place for drinking moments among family and friends, and a quiet reading area during day or night. Next to this room a reserved area is available for house hold storage (Large shade umbrella, outdoor table and chairs). The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of worktop space and groceries stoking room included. There is a tall fridge, double dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, and microwave. A set of cutlery/china/cooking utensils for up to six visitors is available. Outside the kitchen a front garden area is visible offering guests a pleasant green sight. Next to this garden is a covered traditional Portuguese tile floor area, where you can park a car, or use it otherwise. The residence back yard is a natural stone multipurpose terrace sided by two green lawn areas, and a front shrub natural wall. In this area equipped with a set of garden umbrella shade/ table and chairs, outdoor moments are very pleasant, days are longer and life is joyful. The main accommodation is on the upper floor. This level is composed by one double bedroom with a seaside balcony, one double bedroom, a single bedroom with a baby bed available, another double bedroom with private wc, and a main bathroom.

Outside Area:This residence is part of a well designed group of houses, located 3 km away from Peniche on the road to Ferrel, and just over an hour easy motorway drive from Lisbon. This panoramic view over the bay offers a great bathing beach and a lasting memory of your holiday in Portugal.
