Our condo is located at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, one of Sanibel's most sought after complexes for vacation accommodations. Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Clubhouse on island surrounded by lagoon and lush tropical vegetation. Picnic areas with gas grills and "tiki huts" throughout the complex for fun family outdoor meals. Tennis Courts (newly resurfaced). This is a fully equipped decorator decorated luxury condo in a gulf front complex.

1 mile via foot, bike, roller blades or car to cinema, grocery store and gift shops. Sanibel Island is about 12 miles long and 4 miles wide. Sanibel is known around the world for it's fabulous shelling beaches. Due to Sanibel Island's unique geographical orientation, lying East to West instead of North to South, it acts as a scoop and gathers seashells along it's beaches. Throughout the year, thousands of visitors come to enjoy Sanibel's beaches and hunt for that special seashell. With an average temperature of around 75 degrees, it is easy to see why Sanibel gets many so called "snowbirds" (tourists from the north that come to Sanibel to escape the cold weather). While Sanibel Island is a wildlife refuge in and of itself, over 60% of the island is actually protected wildlife preserves. There are over 26 miles of bike trails and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches.

The living room has a comfortable queen sized sofa bed. One wall of the living room is a complete mirror from wall to wall and ceiling to floor.The kitchen features two ceiling fans, and is completely new. The master bedroom with king sized bed and dressing room and a full bath has a glass door leading out onto the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a full bath.

Outside Area:Our location is superb as you can walk out of the lanai from the master bedroom or living room and out to the pool, beach and jacuzzi areas.
