Davenport vacation villa at Tuscan Ridge - Tuscan Ridge holiday home with pool

We invite you to share our vacation home where we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The villa has everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday, a world away from cramped hotel rooms.

Tuscan Ridge is a peaceful oasis , the ideal place to pamper yourself after energetic days sampling the pleasures of Central Florida's many and varied attractions. Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful development with a nice mix of residential and vacation homes that blend together well to form a really pleasant community. All of the properties are built on larger than normal plots and homes have been offset to improve privacy, the whole ambience provides the ideal retreat to chill out after all of the day’s exertions. Imagine relaxing on a balmy Florida evening in your own private heated pool and spa.

Rental notes: Payment of the balance, plus the refundable security deposit of £100 per week, is due 10 weeks prior to your departure. Only Saturday-to-Saturday bookings will be accepted for July and August. Any stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £55. The villa is available for occupation from 1600 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000hrs am on the day of departure. A later departure may be possible but will incur an additional charge and must be agreed, in writing, prior to commencement of the holiday.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with King size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room with a Queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room and well equipped Games Room. As an alternative to the sofa bed there are two foldaway beds stored on the property. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.

Outside Area:To the rear is a covered Lanai and large 26’ x 13’ Pool and Spa with huge deck extension. The Pool and deck extension are in the sunshine all day so you can sunbathe to your heart’s content. If it gets too hot, you can retreat to the welcome shade of the fan-cooled Lanai, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in - but keep the bugs out and is equipped with luxuriously upholstered pool / patio furniture. The plots on Tuscan Ridge are much bigger than normal so you will not feel crammed in by your neighbours. The rear of the property has been planted to ensure privacy and provide a lovely setting to relax by the pool.
